Our Watson Elite Skill Development Camp is an 8-week development program for players ages 10–15, focused on structured training, quality repetitions, and long-term improvement.

Program Focus

Athletes receive instruction in hitting, pitching, infield and outfield play, with an option for catchers. Sessions emphasize clear teaching progressions, individual feedback, and skills that translate to game performance.

Training Environment

Training takes place at the Beckwith Rec Complex Fieldhouse, featuring:

• 20,000+ sq ft of indoor space

• Two full-length 70-foot batting cages

• Three professional turf pitching mounds

• Room for a full infield and long toss

Technology & Coaching

The program integrates Rapsodo technology for hitting and pitching, along with video analysis, to support instruction. Sessions are led by experienced Watson Elite coaches and alumni with professional and collegiate backgrounds.
